Studio 951 Photography ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it — especially the photos of the students and athletes we work with.

Client photos are never public

No client gallery is ever listed, browsed, or indexed publicly — there is no page on this site where anyone can scroll through client photos. Each gallery lives at a private, unguessable web address that is either emailed directly to the family on file once the gallery is ready, or found through the Find My Photos lookup, which requires matching the subject's name, team, and season together — not just a name. That lookup is rate-limited and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated guessing, and it never confirms or denies whether a particular name exists in our system. Gallery pages are excluded from search engine indexing. Photo files themselves are served from private storage via short-lived, expiring links — never a permanent public URL.

If you'd like a gallery taken down or photos removed, contact us and we'll handle it promptly — see below.

Information we collect

• Order details — subject/player name, team or school, contact phone/email, and package selections, submitted through the order form to fulfill portrait and sports photo orders.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, and your message, used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Preset store purchases — your email address, used to deliver your downloaded files and license, and as your receipt of purchase.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Square; we never see or store your full card number. See Square's privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information only to fulfill orders, deliver preset purchases, respond to inquiries, and — using the contact email captured on your order — let you know when your gallery is ready to view. We do not sell your information, and we do not currently send promotional or marketing email; if that ever changes, it will be opt-in and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies & analytics

The preset-store cart is stored only in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie, and never leaves your device until you check out. If site analytics are enabled, they use a standard, aggregated analytics service to help us understand traffic — no data collected there is linked to client photo galleries or order records.

Children's privacy

We photograph students and youth athletes as part of school and sports programs, but we collect contact and order information only from the parent, guardian, or school staff who submits the order or lookup request — never directly from a child.

Data retention & deletion

We keep order and gallery records as long as needed to fulfill your order and for our own business records. You can request that we delete your contact information or take down a specific gallery at any time — contact us and we'll confirm once it's done.
