Studio 951 Templates – License Agreement & Protected Territory Policy

All Studio 951 Templates are protected by United States copyright law and are licensed, not sold. By purchasing, downloading, or using any Studio 951 Template, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions.

The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template solely for creating finished products for their own photography clients. Templates may be modified for client use; however, the original layered files, PSDs, graphics, overlays, textures, actions, or other included assets may not be resold, shared, copied, sublicensed, redistributed, gifted, loaned, uploaded to file-sharing websites, made available to any third party, or used in any manner outside the scope of this license.

Protected Territory: To protect the local photography business of Studio 951 Photography, the protected territory is defined as a ninety (90) mile radius measured from the geographic center of Carthage, Missouri 64836, USA. No individual, photography studio, business, employee, contractor, designer, representative, or affiliated party whose primary photography business is located within this protected territory is authorized to purchase, license, possess, receive, access, use, modify, reproduce, or otherwise benefit from any Studio 951 Template or any derivative work created from a Studio 951 Template, whether obtained directly from Studio 951 or indirectly through another purchaser, individual, business, or third party. This restriction applies regardless of who originally purchased the template.

The purchaser may not sell, share, distribute, transfer, sublicense, loan, gift, copy, or otherwise provide any Studio 951 Template, in whole or in part, to any individual or business. The purchaser is specifically prohibited from allowing any photographer, studio, employee, contractor, designer, or other party operating within the protected ninety (90) mile territory to access, use, modify, or create any work from a Studio 951 Template. Purchasing a template on behalf of another person, allowing another photographer to use a purchased template, or knowingly permitting unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this License Agreement.

Studio 951 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, revoke any license granted under this Agreement, immediately terminate the purchaser's license without refund, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law or equity for unauthorized use, copyright infringement, breach of this License Agreement, or unlawful distribution of its copyrighted works. Any unauthorized possession or use of a Studio 951 Template within the protected ninety (90) mile territory shall constitute a material violation of this License Agreement and may subject the responsible parties to legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorney's fees where permitted by law, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Studio 951 Template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this License Agreement and Protected Territory Policy.

Protected territory

To protect local studios, Studio 951 presets are not licensed to photographers operating within a 90-mile radius of Carthage, MO (64836). By purchasing, you confirm your primary place of business is outside this protected territory.

What you may do

• Use the presets on your own client and personal work.
• Modify and build on them for your own editing style.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the preset files.
• Operate within the 90-mile protected territory.
